About Dr. Ihsan
When Dr. Ihsan decided to become an eye surgeon he had a simple goal: he wanted to help people see better. And perhaps because Dr. Yilmaz doesn’t do things halfway that goal was rapidly supplanted by a new one: to give his patients great vision, without the need for glasses or contact lenses. And after over then twenty years of working at the forefront of innovative vision correction surgery, he’s made that target an attainable one.
“My goal is to make glasses and contacts obsolete. I think in the next 10 years, we’ll get to the point where nobody has to wear them anymore.”
ACHIEVEMENTSBiography
He has published more than 100 articles, abstracts, and reports in professional journals and has delivered more than 20 invited lectures on five continents.
Clinical Areas
He is an experienced both anterior and posterior segment surgeon. First he worked on cornea, laser surgery, cataract, glaucoma. After he had mastered at anterior segment he started to work on vitreoretinal disease & vitrectomy.
Research and Publications
He has over then 100 articles published. He has also invited many congress as a speaker from many countries.
